Types of Membership

Junior: up to 18 years of age - $10.00 per year.
Adult: 18 years of age onwards - $40.00 per year.

A joining fee of $20.00 applies to both types of membership. Full insurance is provided under the Australian Association of Live Steamers.

The railway is always looking for new members in order to cater for continuing increases in passenger numbers. There is no need to own a locomotive as the railway owns a fleet of diesel type locos.

Full training is provided for duties such as driver, guard, signal cabin operator, station/passenger management and office/canteen operation.
